Meet Attorney Johnn Osborn
Johnn Osborn, is a born-and-raised New Mexican and the founder of Land of Enchantment Law, a firm built on the belief that every resident deserves access to high-quality, affordable legal representation. Before entering private practice, Johnn spent over a decade as an Assistant District Attorney, rising to Chief Deputy and Deputy District Attorney while championing treatment-focused and diversion-based programs that prioritized second chances over punishment. He now brings that knowledge for individuals and businesses across New Mexico, as well as select matters in Texas, where he is also licensed, handling everything from criminal defense and expungements to professional licensure defense, business law, and NIL contracts for college athletes. An active leader in the legal community, Johnn currently serves as Chair of the New Mexico Bar Association Historical Committee.
